Biographie:

Paul SANDERS earned his Doctorate in History at the University of Cambridge with a thesis on the illegal economy in Western Europe during World War II. Following his PhD, Paul served as lecturer at the European Humanities University in Minsk (Belarus), deputy director of the Central Registry of Information on Looted Cultural Property 1933-1945 and official historian of the Jersey Heritage Trust. In 2006 he moved into management education. In 2008 he was elected to the fellowship of the Royal Historical Society (London); and in 2010 he advised the office of the UK Prime Minister in conjunction with the British Heroes of the Holocaust award. Since 2012 he is Associate Professor in the department of Strategy at NEOMA Business School. His principal research and teaching interests cover two areas: leadership and geopolitics (international business environment). In addition to his many articles published in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership or Critical Perspectives on International Business, he has produced four historical monographs, all dealing with World War II history.
